Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in the Borger Chamber of Commerce! We strive to provide valuable services and benefits to our members and community. Please review our refund policy below:

Membership Dues:

1. Membership dues are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
2. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as accidental duplicate payments or documented extenuating circumstances.

Event Registrations:

1. Event registration fees are refundable based on the following conditions:
   • Full refund: If cancellation is requested at least 21 days prior to the event.
   • Partial refund: If cancellation is requested within 14 days prior to the event, a 30% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
   • No refund: If cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the event.
2. Refund requests must be submitted in writing or via email to contact@borgerchamber.com and include the reason for cancellation.

Other Services:

1. Refund policies for other services provided by the chamber, such as advertising or sponsorship opportunities, will be communicated on a case-by-case basis and outlined in the respective agreements.

Processing Time:

1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of approval.
2. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method whenever possible.

Policy Updates: The Borger chamber of Commerce reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
